BONDER ECO-7 is a cost-effective, fast drying sprayable synthetic rubber-based
contact adhesive containing solvents. The adhesive can be easily sprayed and also rapidly
develops tough but flexible bonds. The adhesive bonds provide good adhesion on curved
surfaces. The product is specially designed for the upholstery segment for manufacturing
various types of chairs, mattresses, sofas etc. for faster production.

Best for joining Foam,Leather, Rubber, Carpets, MattressES, Furniture, Rexine,Upholstery  & Automobile Interiors.

How to Apply

Stir the adhesive well before use. • Clean both the surfaces to be bonded.

Spray adhesive using an air gun having orifice diameter of 1.5-2 mm at an air pressure of 3-4 bar.

Allow the solvents to evaporate for 1-2 minutes. • Press both the surfaces together ensuring uniform pressure & contact. • Optimum bond strength is achieved after 24 hours of curing.
