How to Apply

Clean the PVC sheets thoroughly to remove dust, grease, and other contaminants using a clean cloth or mild solvent. Optionally, sand the edges with fine-grit sandpaper for smoother joints, and remove any sanding residue before proceeding.

Shake or stir the PVC Guard container for uniform consistency. Apply a thin, even layer of adhesive to one or both surfaces using a brush or applicator, covering the entire bonding area. Immediately position the PVC sheets accurately, ensuring proper alignment, and press them firmly together.

Use clamps, weights, or other tools to maintain consistent pressure across the joint. Wipe off any excess adhesive with a clean cloth. Allow the adhesive to set for 10–15 minutes for initial bonding, then let the joint cure for 24–48 hours for maximum strength. Avoid moving or stressing the joint during this time. After curing, inspect the joint, and optionally trim or sand any protruding adhesive for a clean finish. Store the PVC Guard container tightly in a cool, dry place.
