How to Apply

Stir or Shake well before use. Cut the pipe square & remove all burrs. Clean & dry joining surfaces.

Check dry fit of pipe & fitting. Pipe should go in easily but become tight about 1/3 to 2/3 of the way into fitting. Apply even coat of JAI KISAN PVC solvent welding compound on pipe up to socket depth, also coat the fitting socket with a medium layer. Insert the pipe immediately & fully into fitting & twist 1/8 to 1/4 turn until reaching pipe stop. Hold for 20 seconds to prevent pipe push-out. Wipe off excess

Allow 15 mins. for good handling strength & 2 hrs. cure time for putting pipe into use. Preferable application temperature is 0°C. to 50°C
