ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Candidate who has specific scope in Business development for Adhesive / Adhesive Tape /Sealants etc.
  • Responsible for sales, market development, collection, capturing of market insights and Major Initiative execution in the assigned geography & explore the new market via Meetings, Presentations.
  • Ensure achievement of sales objective with respect to volume/value, product, Dealer and retailer wise, new/focus product) with customer centric approach.
  • Exploring business opportunities in untapped markets and closing deals through new corporate accounts.
  • Building strategic alliances with channel partners through effective relationship management.
  • Take strategically decision to maximize sales value vise and volume vise in assigned territory. Product promotion. New Product Development according with Market requirement.
  • Dealer appointment and their growth through Companies product.

Candidate With dynamic personality, good communication skills who has goods markets specifically in Adhesive and extra ordinary sales and marketing skills.
